As an experienced Human Resources professional and certified life coach, I help my clients throughout the Boston area achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-awareness and development strategies leading to personal and professional growth, so that you can overcome your challenges with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.

My Approach to Coaching

Working with employers and direct staff, I gained a deep understanding for human behavior and how our own wounds and patterns shape the culture of most organizations. I bring all of this experience to my coaching. My approach is heart-centered with a relaxed and transparent style. I am your ally in the process of change: you don't have to do this alone. Trust is paramount when you work with me.   When you trust the coaching process, beautiful changes will unfold in your life.  I foster relationships that are: trusting, safe, non-judgmental, open-minded, supportive, compassionate, honest, professional yet personable, and reliable. The beauty of life coaching is that it's always about you!  Life coaching is an investment in you because what comes out of it is for you and you alone.

My Story

For over 10 years, I have worked and consulted in the field of Human Resources. As an HR professional, I've used my experience and certifications in DISC to help organizations adopt a “human first, employee second” perspective. I adopted the nickname, "professional student," because of my love for learning and research, although my approach is that of a teacher or guide. Previously, I owned and operated a successful home-based cake business for 6 years and also worked as a Birth Doula and Massage Therapist. Currently, I am the Director of Human Resources for a small non-profit. Having started 4 business, I've learned a thing or two about business development, and my work in Human Resources has allowed me train many leaders in the workplace. Helping my clients either develop their business strategy or gaining clarity on who they are authentically, bring me great joy! I can't wait to serve you!

God made the world in 6 days. It was good. He made man in his image. It was good. Until it wasn't. And then he made a woman and IT WAS GOOD.
